Who we are

DevLabico is a technology agency providing web development, SEO, digital marketing, data analysis and automation services. We are responsible for the personal data described in this policy.

Data you give us

We only collect what you choose to send us:

  • Contact form: your name, email address, WhatsApp number (optional), company (optional), the type of project and its description.
  • Call booking: your name, email address, phone number, business type, a short description of your business and your preferred call time.
  • Newsletter: your email address.
  • WhatsApp: your number and the messages you send when you contact us on WhatsApp.

Data collected automatically

  • Google Analytics 4 measures how the site is used (pages viewed, approximate location, device and browser, and actions such as submitting a form or opening WhatsApp). It uses cookies.
  • Umami and Cloudflare Web Analytics give us aggregate visit statistics without cookies.
  • Our hosting and security providers process your IP address and request details to deliver the site and protect it from abuse.
  • Your theme and currency choices are saved in your own browser's local storage. They are never sent to us.

How we use it

  • To reply to your enquiry, prepare a proposal and hold the call you booked.
  • To deliver the services you contract us for.
  • To send the newsletter you subscribed to — every issue lets you unsubscribe.
  • To understand which pages are useful and improve the site.
  • To keep the site secure and prevent spam and abuse.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers that run the site and its forms on our behalf: Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (security and delivery), our content management system (where enquiries are stored), Resend (email delivery), WhatsApp (messaging) and Google (analytics). Some of these providers process data outside your country. We may also disclose data where the law requires it.

How long we keep it

We keep enquiries and correspondence for as long as needed to respond to you and maintain our business relationship, or as long as the law requires. Newsletter addresses are kept until you unsubscribe. Analytics data is kept according to the retention settings of each analytics tool.

Children

Our services are aimed at businesses. We do not knowingly collect personal data from children.
